An American in Paris
CONCEPTGershwin wrote An American in Paris as an act of longing, the feeling of loving something that will never quite be yours. This menu is a love letter written in a second language, mostly fluent, occasionally charming in its mistakes, made with genuine devotion to the cultural roots.

SET DESIGNThe creative direction began with a visual research phase: Parisian café culture, the romance of a Haussmann apartment, the French tricolor rendered in flowers and linen.
A living room transformed through a tablescape anchored in white, red, and blue, with a centerpiece built from everything unmistakably French: fresh baguettes, wedges of cheese, wine bottles, loose florals.
