CONCEPT

Borough Market is a daytime gathering inspired by one of London's most storied food markets, a place that has been feeding the city since the foot of a medieval bridge.

Everything on the table comes from Borough Market's most iconic stalls: the Ginger Pig's sausage rolls, the ultimate pork sandwich, strawberries dipped in chocolate. The aesthetic is farm to table, market to table. The goal is to capture that feeling of a bustling Saturday morning market, where everything is out in the open, food gets passed around, and the afternoon just unfolds on its own.
